Used where a nutrient's normal physiological role is well established. This is not a claim that more is always better.
Evidence & Editorial Methodology
How MedixVeda separates established knowledge, emerging research, traditional use and finished-product claims.
How sources are selected
For health education and ingredient context, priority is given to authoritative public-health agencies, established biomedical databases and peer-reviewed human research. Marketing pages and testimonials are not treated as equivalent evidence.
How evidence labels work
Human studies exist, but confidence can be limited by preparation, sample size, consistency or applicability.
Traditional use or early research exists, but strong clinical conclusions are not justified.
Evidence about one ingredient does not prove that a multi-ingredient finished formulation has the same effect.
Review dates
Health and ingredient pages display a review date. Review dates indicate when the page was last checked; they are not a guarantee that every scientific publication has been captured.
